Still not received your order?
Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days and we aim to provide fast delivery. If you do not receive your order within 5-8 days of dispatch, please message us on any platform or email us at support@festiwo.com. In the event of a delay, our customer service will also contact you to inform you of the status of the delivery.
Please note- that we will not be able to compensate for these delivery delays. If the delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery time, the customer can cancel the order at any time.
Delivery marked as return:
Our delivery partners make 3 delivery attempts, and if the customer is unavailable or the order is not received for any reason, the delivery will be marked as returned to us. Our team will do their best to retry shipping, but once the item is reported and returned, the customer will only be refunded the value of the item (excluding postage).
Want to give special Delivery Instructions?
Our deliveries are handled by a third party service provider; this is usually a dedicated courier service or a vehicle directly affiliated with the supplier. We therefore cannot guarantee the execution of special delivery instructions requested when ordering, although we will endeavor to do so. If you cannot collect your order, you must notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule your delivery.
Found damage in our product?
Although our products undergo extensive quality checks before being shipped to you, we recommend that you perform a full inspection as soon as possible to determine if any items are damaged, incomplete or defective. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Such problems reported after 7 days of delivery will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

- Shipping costs are the same for any order quantity up to 50 masks. Therefore, bulk ordering can reduce your total cost.
All orders ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 4-5 days of dispatch for select codes in the Northeast, J&K may take longer to deliver.
All orders are shipped via third party professional couriers such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart etc. All shipping companies use OTP-based contactless delivery systems.
PLEASE NOTE:- OTP should not be shared until the deliverer has delivered the product to you.
Our dedicated associates are making all efforts to provide the products and services our customers need at this time. Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location take longer than usual. In case a pin code lies in a containment zone, delivery in these areas may get delayed

If you listed an incorrect number when placing your order, please contact us at support@festiwo.com within 24-48 hours of placing your order so that we can update the number.
There is generally a maximum of 3 attempts for delivery of any shipment. If in any case the delivery fails due to an incomplete address / telephone number, only the amount of the product excluding postage will be refunded to the customer.
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you can share the OTP with someone you trust to pick up the package, but we do not recommend sharing the OTP with strangers. If you cannot collect your order, you must notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule delivery to another day.
If under any circumstances you share the OTP with the delivery person/others over the phone and do not verify where the order was delivered, we will not be liable if the product is not delivered to you.
