What Is Your Return Policy for the US & India?

Returnable Products
Customers should check an item's product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is eligible for return. Any items that do not fall into the above return categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply, so please carefully read the return policy for each item on the Field Sales page (under Shipping and Returns).
Returns Window
Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item, or as stated in the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in good condition. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes.
What Is Your Return Policy for Rest of the World?
Currently, festiwo.com does not accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or wrong, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. Please contact support@festiwo.com for more details.
How do I start the Returns Process?
Write to us at support@festiwo.com and indicate the reason for returning the product. If the item is returnable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you with the shipping label.
My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Our specially trained quality support team inspects your items to ensure they meet our standards before shipping them to you, so damage is rare. But if you are not satisfied with the quality, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us photos of damaged products or other problems. Our team will assess your claim and arrange to collect the item from you, either by refunding you the full price, arranging a repair or ordering a replacement item for you. I returned an item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and it complies with our return policy, we will credit your festiwo.com account with store credit for the refund amount. In exceptional cases (for damaged goods or incorrect shipments), we will refund the refund amount to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds will appear in your account within 4-5 business days from the date we receive your returned item. In special cases such as damaged product, wrong product) We can issue a refund to the original payment method you used to place the order. Please note that in this case, payment processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange/alter my item?
We currently do not allow exchanges as they are made to order. For accessories, exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item.
